Dog Walking Service

It's a sad fact that nowadays we all have to work a little bit harder and a little bit longer to keep our heads above water. This means we have less time to devote to ourselves, our families and ultimately, our pets.

Well don't start feeling guilty about it, let us help you out a bit. We offer a comprehensive dog walking service which can cater for all sorts of different requirements. From a quick hour or half hour stroll during the week, through to a 2 hour 'Tire Out' session over the weekend, we're here to help.

After an initial (free) consultation at your house or place of work, we can arrange collection of your dog and walk him or her to your specific requirements. We always walk in beautiful surroundings with fresh water and plenty of interesting scents to stimulate your dog. We have many different routes across the region, all very popular with our regular dogs.

When we drop your dog back, we will ensure fresh water is available and we will towel dry them. All this and much more will be discussed during the initial consultation.

Consultation

This typically takes between 1 and 2 hours during which time we will find out everything about your dog (s) and get to interact with them and gauge their personalities within a familiar environment. We can shorten this time if you wish, we appreciate a lot of people are busy, and that some dogs situations and requirements are more straightforward than others. We will also arrange keys if necessary, find out any special requests, medical needs etc and decide on which walk would best suit. If possible, we like to take a small walk (on the lead) with the dog, in familiar surroundings. This helps establish a feeling a security for your pet and instantly builds a relationship between us.

Vaccinations

During the initial consultation we will need to see an up to date vaccination certificate. This is to ensure the health and well-being of other dogs and we cannot walk your dog without seeing this first.

Hygiene

We carry and use poop scoops and sanitary bags. This is inclusive to our service.

Different Walks And Services

The Quickie: A brisk half an hour stroll with time for any toilet requirements and some lovely fresh air. This is great for working dog owners, especially those with smaller dogs.

The Power Hour : A full hour exercise during the day. A favourite with working owners, whose dogs need a really good work out during the day. Great for dogs of all sizes and exercise requirements.

The Weekend Tire Out: A minimum 2 hour extreme romp across woods, over fields and through streams!! Great fun for all types of dogs who need a real workout. Most popular with people who are going out in the daytime or who have been out on Friday / Saturday night and just need a day of peace and quiet !! Always with a maximum of 6 dogs, this is a fantastic social club. Although best suited to social dogs, we can keep 2 dogs on a lead throughout if necessary. This ever popular doggie social club runs twice on Saturdays and twice on Sundays (dependant on demand).

Dusk 'Til Dawn: We can look after your dog for the whole day or overnight if required. For full details go to the Exclusive Dog Boarding page.
